PRICING
All prices displayed on https://ame-syn.com are SGD. Where applicable, local taxes are shown and inclusive in the displayed price. All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time. AME Synthesis reserves the right to amend any pricing errors due to computer malfunction, human error or any other reason. AME Synthesis will notify you if an error applies and you will have the right not to make purchase of product/s where the price has been corrected.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
All promotions and offers are exclusive to https://ame-syn.com unless otherwise stated. Any promotion or offer may not be used in conjunction with another unless otherwise stated. Promotions and offers are subject to availability and AME Synthesis reserves the right to cancel promotions and offers at any time without notice. Any such requirement such as minimum spend will be outlined in the promotion or offer details. AME Synthesis reserves the right to run promotions and offers for sets periods of time and in specific geographies and not others if it so chooses. Free gifts cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or returned for refund or replacement unless the product is faulty. Any decision made by AME Synthesis regarding promotions and offers on the sites cannot be negotiated.

NO RESELLER/DISTRIBUTOR ACTIVITY

Products purchased on our sites and sample made available by AME Synthesis may not be resold. All distributor agreements must be negotiated with an AME Synthesis representative directly. Suspected violation of our terms and conditions may results in cancellation, reduced quantity with or without notice.

SECURITY
Transactions made on https://ame-syn.com are protected by PayPal partners and are only used for the purpose of transaction fulfilment. We do not store cardholder information.

PAYMENTS
Additional exchange rate costs and fees may apply as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for costs associated with bank fees and exchange rates.

PAYMENT SECURITY
Credit card details do not get transmitted through AME Synthesis; all purchases are processed through PayPal Payments.

ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be processed within 5 working days. If your order is placed at 1pm on a public holiday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on the following business day.

Orders will be dispatched from our Warehouse in Singapore or a nominated third-party pick/ pack service. Delivery time will vary from region to region. Additional rural charges may apply.

Tracking numbers are available upon request.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to local charges. Custom and import duties, if applicable, will be charged when the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid for by the recipient. AME Synthesis is not responsible for informing you of these costs or reimbursing any additional costs charged on delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the cost incurred return the items to us. If the goods are faulty or were sent in error, we will reimburse you the cost incurred to return the items back to us. AME Synthesis will strictly not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
